The best support should not be reserved for the few.
From elite sport to every woman — the knowledge, finally accessible.
As an Olympic gold medalist, I had a team supporting every part of my body: strength, recovery, metabolism, and mindset. Experts worked together to help me perform, recover, and keep going.
Outside of sport, I saw the opposite: disconnected advice, endless apps, and too much guesswork.
I couldn’t shake the question: why does the best knowledge about our bodies reach only a handful of people?
At Stanford GSB, I explored how elite performance systems could translate into everyday life. That is where I met Vala, who had spent his career making complex data useful.
From different worlds, we arrived at the same realization: most people never access the kind of expert support that helps them understand what is possible.
So we built revvel: to make leading practitioner knowledge accessible in everyday life.
